Jolboxx Policy on Reimbursements

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Jolboxx processes refunds for its services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases or bookings.
1. General Refund Principles
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@jolboxxtravels.com.
- Refund eligibility and amounts are subject to the specific terms outlined below for each service category and any additional terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or booking.
- Processing fees and non-refundable deposits (if any) are typically non-refundable.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 15-30] business days.
2. Travel Services Refunds
- Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations made [e.g., 60 days] or more before the travel start date may be eligible for a [e.g., 75% refund], minus any non-refundable deposits or supplier penalties.
- Cancellations made between [e.g., 30-59 days] before the travel start date may be eligible for a [e.g., 50% refund], minus non-refundable elements.
- Cancellations made less than [e.g., 30 days] before the travel start date are generally non-refundable.
- Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and specific tour components may have their own separate, stricter cancellation policies imposed by third-party suppliers, which will supersede Jolboxx's general policy.
- Cancellation by Jolboxx: In the rare event that Jolboxx must cancel a tour or package (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings), clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative package of equivalent value.
3. Study Abroad & Immigration Services Refunds
- Consultation Fees: Initial consultation fees are typically non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
- Application Service Fees:
- If a client withdraws their application before significant work has commenced (e.g., within X days of payment), a partial refund may be considered, subject to a reasonable administrative fee.
- Once application processing, document preparation, or submission has begun, service fees are generally non-refundable due to the labor and resources invested.
- Please note that visa application fees and government processing fees are paid directly to the respective authorities and are non-refundable by Jolboxx.
4. Exam Preparation Courses Refunds
- Course Enrollment:
- Cancellations made [e.g., 7 days] or more before the course start date may be eligible for a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than [e.g., 7 days] before the course start date, or after the course has commenced, are generally non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes or if a student decides to discontinue the course mid-way.
- Study Materials: Fees for digital or physical study materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
5. Force Majeure
Jolboxx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, civil disturbances, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, refund policies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering supplier refund policies and the extent of services rendered.
